I offer Clinical Supervision across a broad range of psychotherapies using a "seven-eyed supervisor" approach. My supervisory work focuses on the therapeutic relationship, the dynamic processes occurring between therapist-client and the unconscious process. My fees start from £50 per session and I offer discount rates for trainees
One of the main reasons that people choose to join the teaching profession is their desire to make a difference for the young people they work with, but such work brings with it significant pressures. Teachers can feel great responsibility and are tasked with making decisions each day, from the seemingly insignificant to the hugely important. With the nature of classroom practice, many of these decisions are made in relative isolation. When teachers have access to supervision, they are offered a confidential space to share and discuss professional dilemmas surrounding the children they teach and release complex feelings. I have developed a classroom supervision model and have established a daily team supervision practice .
A workplace culture of great supervision will have a positive impact on an organisation’s performance, supporting staff to practise effectively and encouraging them to be the best they can be. Effective supervision provides an information conduit about aspects such as improvements to communication or addressing lack of engagement and motivation. Most importantly, it creates a link between the strategic management of an organisation and the people using the services.
